Modules: Implement reporting to view content status in System of Records

Provide an easy to access / view reporting portal in each system of record for users to easily see content availability / quality. Today users need to dive into each sector / practice team / IS in User Story Coach, LEAP, or Smaply to see what is there or view the offline Module content report we have developed on the functional team.
