Severe lag and bugs when attempting to move tasks/sub-taks/deliverables

The 6 dot button on the left hand side does not always appear. It takes too much time for it to appear when it is available after refreshing the page. The ability to drag and drop tasks/sub-tasks to new positions is extremely slow and inaccurate.
