When creating a Workspace, most teams find the Delivery Map that best suits their needs, and then alter that map (adding/deleting/changing Phases, Events/Deliverables, Tasks) appropriately. However, when creating the next Workspace, they are finding that they need to go through the process of manually tailoring a templated map again and again.
I am proposing that, in addition to the existing Delivery Maps, we provide the option for teams to replicate a Delivery Map using the structure of one of their open Workspaces or one that has been closed but tailored in the past. This way, a team can alter a Delivery Map template one time, and then reuse that Map (in its totality) moving forward for future engagements.
There is currently the ability to import Deliverables/Events from existing/previous Workspaces once a Delivery Map is created, but I am proposing that we 1) provide this ability before Delivery Map creation and 2) expand it to copy the entire Workspace instead of just at the individual Deliverable/Event level.

Love this one! task import feature, just like in COncourse 1.0 - would be amazing for adoption!
Having this will literally save so much time :)
I support this idea, along with having the ability to import everything from a previous workspace.
Hi everyone! Thank you for the idea! We've assigned this to our team for their review, thanks again!
Great Suggestion!! as a EM of several engagements with similar activities this feature would streamline concourse workspace start up and promote concourse usage.
This is a very common and recurring Ask from various engagement teams.
I strongly believe that, if implemented; this will significantly drive Concourse usage and adoption.
This is a really great idea!
