Concourse Feedback

We recently released the Quality Dashboard where you can track engagement budget, it can be found from the Custom Apps icon at the top navigation bar.

Here are some requirements:

1. Ability to easily track budgeted hours to actuals to update flex

2. A burndown of budget based on total hours with amount used to date broken down by staff that includes rates ×hours worked. There should be a section for onshore and AC. Include the remaining budget with the remaining timeline based on current burn rate.

3. Visualization of items above in a clear dashboard that can be shared with leadership

Can you specify what financial data you want to see in Concourse?

If concourse is meant to be the center of how we deliver our engagements and flex is meant to be the same for egmt economics and resource planning, it would be critical to integrate both solutions with an emphasis on end-user (client service team) experience to drive consistency in delivery and increased usage of both concourse and flex.

Implementing/ executing on this idea will not only keep users within Concourse but also make it easier for teams to routinely manage/update their engagement financials
