search and select tasks/subtasks with similar names

When we search for a task/subtask name, all relevant tasks/subtasks show up. We should then be able to select multiple tasks/subtasks to delete/update or move around.

When I add a link to an asset like something from Digital Lab or Consulting Source, I would like to be able to just give Concourse the URL and have it fill in the title and description of the asset without me having to type it, thus saving me time
