Allow users to descope at L1 and L2 as well

As a user I need to be able to quickly scope my engagement workspace and to simplify this process would like to be able to select / deselect an entire L1 or L2 as needed.

Remove empty sub-offerings or mark them accordingly

Please remove sub-offerings that don't have content or mark as "coming soon" in their name so that people don't click on them to check if there's quality content inside

Delivery Date Range UI

When inputting the Delivery Date Range, the UI is wonky and often hard to select dates. Should be able to type in dates but it isn't clear how to type them in with the "to" in the middle. Needs to be refined so it is easier to select and type.
